Hi, I'm Reo. I live in Osaka, Japan, and I help small businesses with their marketing. This site is where I share what I've learned about running social media without letting it eat your whole week.
Who I am
- I run a small marketing service for local businesses in Japan. The work covers social media management, landing pages, and Google review management.
- From 2025 to 2026, I led sales for a social media management agency. That meant many conversations with business owners about what they need from social media, and what they simply don't have time for.
- One project I'm proud of: I grew a used-clothing store's Instagram account to several thousand followers, and the store's monthly sales from social media went up substantially.
- I'm also a web developer. I built a Google review management tool (a small SaaS product) on my own, from zero, so I know what goes into building and running software like the tools I write about.
While helping local shops in Japan with their social media, I kept seeing the same thing: posting doesn't stop because owners lack talent. It stops because every morning starts from zero. I started this site to share simple systems that fix that with shop owners in English-speaking countries, too.
Why this site exists
Most small business owners and solo creators I talk to don't want to become full-time social media managers. They want their posts to go out on a steady schedule so they can get back to the actual business.
Scheduling and analytics tools can help a lot with that, but it's hard to know which one fits before you've spent hours on sign-ups and trials. This site is my attempt to do some of that work for you, so you can spend less time on social media posting and more time on everything else.
What you can expect
- Step-by-step guides you can follow in one sitting.
- Honest notes on tools: what they do well, where they fall short, and who should skip them.
- A clear "(paid link)" label next to every affiliate link.
- Plain English, with no hype.
Tools I've used so far: my own Google review management tool, Canva for post images, and the scheduling features built into Instagram and Facebook.
How I make these articles
English is my second language. I use AI (Claude) to help me draft and polish my articles so they read clearly. Then, for every article:
- I check every claim, such as features and plan limits, against the vendor's official pages.
- I add something I tested or did myself, so each article includes first-hand notes.
- When I show a tool's screen, it's a real screenshot, not a mockup. Sample images I make myself are labeled as examples.
Prices and features change often, sometimes right after I publish. Always check the vendor's own site for the current price before you buy. If you spot something out of date, please let me know and I'll fix it.
How this site makes money
